On the trail of the city - enjoy with all your senses
Welcome to Hof and its ambassador of enjoyment, the Wärschtlamo. Make your way to him from the train station, past the town library and the Lorenzkirche, Hof's oldest church, to the Wärschtlamo monument on Sonnenplatz. From there through the old town, where the gentlemen have their stand and invite you to try their hot sausage specialties. The route continues through Ludwigstraße past the town hall in the direction of the Saale. From here, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Theresienstein civic park before the route takes you through the Saale meadows, past the Hof indoor swimming pool and back to the train station. A short inner-city circular route to look at and enjoy.
