Our citizen service for you
Making an appointment at the Citizens' Center, registering your change of residence, applying for a new ID card, looking for a lost item ... We help you to do all these things easily, quickly and without long waiting times. In many cases, you can book an appointment online in addition to receiving information about your request. You will also find a large number of applications that you can enter directly online and forward to the City of Hof.
Proximity to citizens and service are important to us. That is why we will continue to make more services available to you online.
Please note that a personal visit to the Citizens' Center is only possible with an appointment (exceptions: applications for the mandatory exchange of driving licenses, collection of German ID documents, handing in and collecting lost property). This has the great advantage for you that waiting times can be avoided and requests can be processed more effectively. An admissions service checks appointments in the entrance area and is also available to provide you with initial information.

Noch schneller mit der BayernID
To make things even faster, you can set up your personal account via the Bavaria Portal. This automatically transfers the data from your account to online forms and online applications. This saves you time and makes it easier for us to process your request. All you need to set up your BayernID is your new ID card and your user name and password.
