Please check whether a personal appearance is mandatory or whether your request can also be handled by telephone, electronically or by mail.
Citizens are asked to come to the city administration by appointment. This has the advantage that waiting times can be avoided, concerns can be dealt with more effectively and minimum distances can be observed.
If you cannot find your request there, you are also welcome to send us an e-mail and we will contact you about an appointment.
