In this way, we receive your tips in a structured form and already provided with the most important information so that we can process them efficiently in an internal ticket management system. Thanks to the assignment of certain categories to clearly defined responsible contact persons, the information reaches the right place at the push of a button. This means that concerns can be processed without any loss of time.
You can view the processing status of all concerns transparently on the concern card at any time. If you enter your e-mail address, you will also be automatically informed by e-mail about the processing of your request.
