100th birthday of Ingeburg Kick

A special anniversary was celebrated at the weekend: Ingeburg Kick celebrated her 100th birthday with family and friends. Mayor Eva Döhla congratulated her personally and conveyed the best wishes of the city of Hof. 
Ingeburg Kick: "I never thought I would live to be this old." She came to Hof 80 years ago - together with her husband, whom she had met in the Harz Mountains during the last years of the war. The couple initially lived in the Milchhof housing estate. Nine years ago, she moved into Haus Kamilla. The jubilarian can look back on a fulfilled life. She has seen a lot of the world, as travelling was one of her great passions. 
The city of Hof congratulates her on this special birthday and wishes her continued good health and many happy moments.
