Development plans that have come into force

Completed development plan procedures

The development plans with explanatory statements (in the case of more recent plans also with a summary statement) are available for inspection by anyone from the day of publication. Information on the content of the documents will be provided on request.

There are two ways to do this:

• In the geoportal of the city of Hof you can find all legally binding development plans online and can find the valid development plan for an address or parcel number.
• The originals of the development plans can be viewed during general opening hours (Mon. to Fri. from 8:00 am to 11:45 am, Mon. and Thurs. from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm) or by appointment outside of opening hours at the Technical Town Hall, Department of Urban Planning, Karolinenstr. 17, 1st floor.

For personal inspection, we recommend making an appointment by calling 09281 / 815 - 1511 or sending an e-mail to stadtplanung(at)stadt-hof.de.

All plans and documents shown on the geoportal are for non-binding information purposes in accordance with the provisions of the German Building Code (BauGB). Only the plans and documents available for inspection at the Technical Town Hall are legally binding.

Note: The laws, ordinances and DIN standards listed in a development plan can be inspected at the Department of Urban Planning, room no. 106, if you are interested.
