Simple development plan "School at the TPZ"
Location of the plan area: The plan area is located in the Moschendorf district between the Therapeutic Pedagogical Center (TPZ) of Lebenshilfe, the Untreusee sports park and the Hotel am Untreusee. This is an area of former tennis courts.
At its meeting on 06.08.2024, the city council adopted the simple development plan "Schule am TPZ" as a statute using the accelerated procedure in accordance with Section 13a in conjunction with Section 10 (1) of the German Building Code (BauGB) with resolution no. 290.
The development plan comes into force on the day of publication of this announcement.
After coming into force, the following documents will be available at the Department of Urban Planning, Karolinenstraße 17, 1st floor room 103:

These can be inspected by anyone during general opening hours (Mon. to Fri. from 8:00 am to 11:45 am, Mon. and Thurs. from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm) or by appointment outside of opening hours. Information on the contents will be provided on request.
