Breakthrough at the Hof freight traffic center
EUR 15.8 million funding
The Hof freight center is now under construction. The basis for this is federal funding of EUR 15.8 million for the logistics company Contargo at the Hof freight terminal. It is thus expanding its existing transshipment facility (two high-performance gantry cranes, tracks as well as administrative buildings). The volume of goods handled will then be significantly increased.
In addition to the expansion of the handling facility by Contargo, further measures are currently underway in the area of site development, funded by the Free State of Bavaria.
