Tasks of the civil protection
The task of the disaster control authorities is to avert disasters and to take the necessary preparatory measures. The disaster control authorities in Bavaria are the district administrative authorities (district offices and municipalities), the governments and the Bavarian State Ministry of the Interior, Sports and Integration.
