Update of the center concept for retail and the retail trade in the city of Hof
In May 2023, the city of Hof commissioned GMA, Gesellschaft für Markt- und Absatzforschung mbH, Munich office, to update the center concept for the retail and retail trade sector as part of the update of the Integrated Urban Development Concept (ISEK), which is funded by the federal and state funding program "Lebendige Zentren". The last update of the concept dates back to 2011.
This concept is intended to provide a sound basis for future retail development in Hof that is adapted to Hof's circumstances.
The aim is to maintain and sustainably strengthen the upper central supply function of the city of Hof with attractive, targeted and optimized offers by renewing and adapting the objectives of the "Centre concept for retail and retail trade in Hof".
