Food monitoring
The food monitoring department of the city of Hof monitors the trade in foodstuffs, tobacco products, cosmetics, consumer goods and over-the-counter medicines. To this end, it carries out company inspections, takes samples of goods, investigates complaints from consumers and advises consumers and traders.
