All plans and documents shown on these pages are for non-binding information purposes in accordance with Section 4a (4) of the German Building Code (BauGB). Only the plans and documents which - depending on the stage of the procedure - are available at the Technical Building Office in the Urban Planning Department or on public display on the first floor are legally binding.
