The museum will be closed to normal visitor traffic from April 15 until probably mid-May due to a depot move. Exceptions are the 1st Sunday of the month and special events, such as yoga in the museum. The museum is open to groups and school classes on request.

On the 1st Sunday of every month, admission to the museum is free - thanks to the generous support of the Hermann and Bertl Müller Foundation.

 

Information on accessibility

The museum is barrier-free accessible for people with walking impairments (wheelchair ramps, elevators, WC).

In addition, portable folding stools are available to borrow free of charge during museum visits for those in-between sitting breaks.

The guide leads to 20 favorite objects and is available free of charge via the Hearonymus app.

Works by the Upper Franconian painter and graphic artist Günther Wolfrum can be seen in the Reinhart Cabinet from March 14.
