Invitation to tender for the Hof Christmas Market 2025

You can now apply for a stand.

From November 24 to December 22, 2025, the Hof Christmas Market will once again be inviting visitors to the festively decorated city center. Traders, restaurateurs and artisans can now apply for a stand. The city of Hof operates the Christmas market as a fixed market in accordance with the market statutes of the city of Hof. Interested parties can send their applications to the City of Hof, Department of Public Safety and Order, Klosterstraße 3, 95028 Hof, or by email to bewerbungen.markt(at)stadt-hof.de by March 31, 2025.

We are particularly looking for

Visually appealing bars and snack bars that create an atmospheric ambience
Retailers with a Christmas range as well as providers from the areas of gourmet crafts and handicrafts with a Christmas theme
A gastronomic experience in the form of a hut or tent
A mulled wine pyramid for the bar area

A limited number of huts and temporary stalls are available for the trade in goods and handicrafts. Own huts are also permitted. The use of temporary stalls is possible on a daily basis or for specific periods. Bars and snack bars must set up their own business in the form of a hut. The duration of operation for the snack bar area and the gastronomic experience can be extended beyond the regular market period by arrangement.

The application documents must contain the following information

Permanent address of the applicant
Description of the business and the goods or services on offer
In the case of alternating stall occupancy, the desired period
Dimensions of the business including supports, side flaps, front and side extensions
Specification of the required power connection in kW
If available, a current photo of the business

Incomplete or late applications will not be considered. The receipt of applications will not be confirmed and there is no entitlement to admission. The desired period for temporary stands cannot be guaranteed and depends on capacity utilization and the overall offer. Admissions are only granted in writing in the form of an admission letter.
