City of Hof welcomes 12 new trainees

Welcome to the start of training in 2025

The City of Hof welcomes a total of 12 new trainees and students. Nine of them are starting their training with the City of Hof in the administrative area, while three others will be trained in the commercial and technical areas in the coming years.

To make it easier for the young people to join the city administration and start a new chapter in their lives, there will once again be an extensive and interactive programme as part of the welcome week. In addition to getting to know various municipal facilities and colleagues, the programme also includes exchanges with existing trainees. The four induction days also include valuable information about training and studying at the city of Hof. In addition, there are exclusive tours of the building yard, the fire station and the backstage area of the Freiheitshalle Hof.

"It is always a special moment to welcome the new trainees to our company. We want to accompany our trainees on their journey, challenge and encourage them and make it easier for them to settle in with this kick-off week. We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone involved in organising the induction days," says Head of Training Robin Kamprath.

Mayor Eva Döhla also took the time to personally welcome the new trainees:

"I am delighted that we are able to welcome 12 new young colleagues today. Each and every one of them makes an important contribution to the city administration as a whole. Every year, I look forward to welcoming our new recruits in person and wish them all the best for the next stage of their lives."
