New series of lectures by the city of Hof's real estate campaign

The aim of this initiative is to promote the sustainable development of the urban area by supporting the preservation and modernization of existing buildings. The lecture series will offer three topic-specific events this year.

1. promoting energy efficiency in buildings - with KfW

In the course of the energy transition, extensive measures for energy-efficient building refurbishment and new construction will become necessary. The Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW) offers comprehensive funding opportunities in the area of energy-efficient building refurbishment and energy-optimized new construction. This presentation will introduce the current KfW funding programs. The focus is on eligibility to apply, the application process, projects eligible for funding and funding conditions.

2. property and housing - how the Free State and BayernLabo help

This lecture presents BayernLabo's subsidy programs for home financing. BayernLabo supports households with low to average incomes with low-interest loans and grants. Programs such as the Bavarian Housing Program, the Bavarian Loan and the Bavarian Interest Reduction Program will be presented.

3. immediate measures for energy and cost savings for craft businesses and SMEs

This event is aimed specifically at craft businesses and small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Participants will receive practical tips on how to reduce energy consumption and the associated costs. The presentation will provide technological solutions, best practice examples and information on funding programs for increasing energy efficiency in companies. During the event, there will also be space to discuss specific challenges and solutions.
