Then you've come to the right place!
Together with new business ideas, we want to actively shape the structural change in Hof's city center. Vacant spaces are to be sustainably revitalized with new and innovative uses. To this end, we are looking for creative people with good ideas for use and want to provide them with meaningful support for their own ideas. Hof's city center offerings are to be supplemented and thus lead to an increase in the quality of stay and shopping attractiveness.
Under the leadership of the City of Hof, our network consists of many active partners who support new ideas and opportunities. The three best ideas selected by a jury will be rewarded with material and service prizes with everything that is helpful and important for the start of implementation.
The competition
The city of Hof offers you a unique project
You see some stores in the city center of Hof with large stickers on their windows. These would be ideal "spaces" for you to try out your ideas.
You can get started on your own or in a team, you can join forces with others (product or range additions, shared use), you can manufacture and sell products or combine retail with other uses (café, art, creative industries, crafts, social activities, etc.). There are no limits to your ideas here.
A good business idea can get off to a flying start even in a somewhat difficult consumer climate. Just get started! We will help you make your dream come true and fill a space in the city center of Hof.

Irrespective of this, the city of Hof's economic development department is happy to receive any fresh ideas for revitalising the city centre of Hof in vacant spaces!
