As an organ of the state housing policy and municipal credit bank of the Free State of Bavaria, the Bayerische Landesbodenkreditanstalt (BayernLabo) offers extensive funding opportunities. The Free State of Bavaria and BayernLabo support private individuals with low to average incomes in building or buying their own house or apartment.
As the advisory and approval office for BayernLabo, the City of Hof offers the following subsidized loans for owner-occupied housing:
- Bavarian housing construction program (with support for barrier-free living)
- Bavarian interest rate reduction program
