Overview plan of construction measures 2025

With this overview map, we would like to inform you about the current and planned construction measures in the city of Hof.

We are aware that the large number of measures, be it the City of Hof's asphalt programme or projects by the Bayreuth State Building Authority as well as external players such as the fibre optic expansion, are associated with restrictions and inconveniences. However, this construction work is unavoidable and necessary in order to improve our infrastructure in the long term.

ATTENTION: This is a snapshot in time. The overview plan is updated weekly and published under Current construction sites. The closure for the sewer construction project in Ascher Straße will not apply until 8 September 2025 at the earliest and is therefore not yet included in this overview.

Sewer replacement in Oberkotzauer Straße

On behalf of the city of Hof, the company Luding GmbH will begin replacing the sewer in Oberkotzauer Straße from 1 September 2025.
The measure extends from house number 34 to the junction with Ostpreußenstraße and is expected to last until December 2025.

During the work, the affected road sections will be closed to through traffic for a maximum length of approx. 120 m. Pedestrian use will remain possible. Residents will be able to access their properties and garages as far as possible, but temporary obstructions must be expected in the area of the current construction site. The HofBus GmbH bus service will not be affected by the closure.
