City of Hof welcomes 14 new trainees

The trainees are welcomed with a three-day induction program.

The city of Hof welcomes 14 new trainees. Nine of them will begin their training in the administrative area, while five will learn in the commercial and technical areas.

To make it easier for the young people to start their careers, there is an extensive and interactive kick-off program. Initially, everything revolves around getting to know not only the municipal facilities, but also their future colleagues.

The three introductory days include valuable information about training and studying at the city of Hof. There are also exclusive tours of the building yard, the fire station and the backstage area of the Freiheitshalle. "These special insights enable the young people to develop a better understanding of the different areas of responsibility and structures of the city administration and make it easier for them to settle in," says training manager Robin Kamprath.

Mayor Eva Döhla also took the time to welcome the new trainees in person. "We are delighted to be able to welcome 14 new young people here. They are the future of our city administration and it is a matter close to my heart to give them the best possible support."
