Promenade concert with Kickstarter

Kickstarter are Mechthild Mühl (congas, percussion, vocals), Claudia Sichert-Gräbner (vocals, percussion), Carola Nüßel (accordion), Hence Bauer-Härtel (vocals, cajon, percussion), Norbert Litwinschuk (guitar, vocals) and Markus Schnabel (electric piano, organ, guitar). They play their way through a few decades of hand-picked rock music. According to their own statement, pure covers are not their thing - they prefer to impose their own groove on the more or less well-known classics. The rock-bluesy to soulful-funky spectrum with influences from folk and Americana ranges from the trip-hoppy "Massive Attack" to the snotty post-punk of the "White Stripes", from Otis Redding soul ballads with goosebump generators to classic heaters from "Creedence Clearwater", the "Doobie Brothers" or the "Rolling Stones". Guests can expect a lot of harmony singing, proper rocking, the occasional heart-warming tearjerker, officially distorted solos and a desire to improvise.

Food and drink will also be catered for on Sundays and public holidays this summer. While Klaus Schaller is always in charge of catering on Sundays, Stefan & Bärbel Scherdel run the summer restaurant at Theresienstein on public holidays. 
In addition to Hof beer and coffee and cake, the menu includes a variety of dishes such as stews, vegetarian dishes, snacks from the "Hofer Allerlei", grilled sausages and steaks, as well as a changing dish of the day on Sundays.
