Promenade concert with Goller & Götz

On Sunday, 17 August 2025, at 11.00 a.m., the city of Hof and the Promenade Concerts team once again invite you to a special musical experience in the music pavilion at Theresienstein: Goller & Götz present "The best songs in the world" - timeless and poignant pop and rock songs from the past 50 years and today.

Thomas Goller (guitar, vocals) and Tom Götz (piano, vocals) have been regular and popular programme items at the Promenade Concerts for years. Their interpretations are not mere copies, but loving tributes to musicians such as Sting, Supertramp, Phil Collins, Toto, Bruce Springsteen, Billy Joel, Kansas, Eagles or even AC/DC.

The speciality: The songs are deliberately sparsely orchestrated, without technical frills - grounded, honest and with feeling. With just piano, guitar and vocals, the familiar melodies take on a whole new quality. Classics and modern hits are reduced to their essence and can be experienced in a new way. Admission is free.

The physical well-being is taken care of

This summer, culinary delights will once again take centre stage on Sundays and public holidays:

• Klaus Schaller will be in charge of catering on Sundays.
• On public holidays, Stefan & Bärbel Scherdel run the summer restaurant at Theresienstein.

In addition to Hof beer, coffee and cake, the menu also includes a variety of dishes: savoury stews, vegetarian dishes, snacks from the "Hofer Allerei", grilled sausages and steaks as well as a changing dish of the day on Sundays.
