Preparations for the dismantling of the Anger Bridge

Starting next week, preparatory measures for the dismantling of the Angerbrücke bridge will be carried out.

As part of the planned dismantling and subsequent replacement construction of the Anger Bridge, which is scheduled for 2024, preparatory measures will be carried out in the area of the bridge abutments from February 26, 2024. These measures serve to clear the construction site in order to be able to set up a safe and usable construction area.

The work to be carried out includes shrub maintenance work and tree felling. This is necessary to make the construction site accessible. The work will be carried out in accordance with nature conservation regulations and within the permitted felling period.

The scope of the clearing and felling work, including the replacement planting, was determined in advance in consultation with the lower nature conservation authority.
