Mourning flags on municipal buildings

On Saturday, April 26, 2025, the official funeral ceremonies for His Holiness Francis, Pope of the Roman Catholic Church, head of the non-state sovereign power of the Holy See and head of state of the Vatican City State, will take place in Rome.

On this occasion, the Bavarian Minister President has ordered the mourning flag to be flown on Saturday, April 26, 2025, in accordance with the regulation adopted by the federal government.

The city of Hof is following this regulation. The municipal buildings will be flown at half-mast.
