Christiana Wladika celebrates her 103rd birthday

The jubilarian is one of Hof's oldest residents.

Christiana Wladika from Hof celebrated her 103rd birthday and was once again visited by Lord Mayor Eva Döhla, who conveyed the warmest congratulations from the city of Hof.

Mayor Eva Döhla: "Mrs Wladika told me that she loves watching football and is still a passionate fan of FC Bayern Munich. She also loves watching the matches of our German women's national team on television."

In her own words, she feels very much at home in the retirement home at Unteres Tor. She enjoys taking part in the various activities there. She particularly enjoys quizzes and puzzles, she reports.

At 103, Wladika continues to belong to a very special group in our city. There are currently 17 people living in Hof who are over 100 years old. The oldest two residents are 104 years old.
