Amendment of the land use plan in the Schellenberg area
Location of the planning area:
The area in question is located on the edge of the city center between the Schellenberganlage, Schützenweg and Unterkotzauer Weg. It covers an area of approx. 2.2 ha.
With resolution no. 803 of 27.03.2023, the city council approved the amendment of the land use plan in a sub-area "Am Schellenberg". The land use plan amendment was approved by letter from the government of Upper Franconia dated 05.06.2023.
The amendment to the land use plan of the city of Hof in a partial area will take effect on the day of publication of this announcement.
Once effective, the following documents will be available at the Department of Urban Planning, Karolinenstr. 17, 1st floor:
- Amendment of the land use plan
- Explanatory statement including environmental report
- a summary statement on how the environmental concerns and the results of the public and official participation have been taken into account in the amendment to the land use plan and the reasons why the plan was chosen after weighing up the alternatives considered.
