Nuremberg Metropolitan Region
The Nuremberg Metropolitan Region is one of the eleven metropolitan regions in Germany. Since 2005, more than 500 municipalities in Franconia and the Upper Palatinate have been working together under the banner of the metropolitan region. Its goal is to position itself as a unit with its own profile in an increasingly globalized world.
