Senior carnival: Over 60s celebrate the fifth season

A cheerful atmosphere and great mood prevailed at the senior carnival of the city of Hof, where the over-60s celebrated the fifth season for an afternoon.

More than 220 senior citizens as well as representatives of the city council and the senior citizens' council gathered in the packed ballroom of the Freiheitshalle.

After a warm welcome by Mayor Eva Döhla, the members of Narhalla Hof e.V. delighted their audience with a varied, humorous and artistically appealing program. The audience was taken on a journey back in time through the 40s, 70s, 80s and 90s.

Musical entertainment was provided by "Frank Willutzki", who delivered lively sounds with the "Hofer Wärschtlamännern", among others.
